How to Deal with Body Shaming

Thank you for sharing your story. I identify with so much of what you say. I do have a concern, though. My eating disorder leads me to binge on a lot of food.... Even healthy food. I have moved into a mostly WFPB diet, although I still binge on a lot of nuts and plain peanut butter, and an insane amount of carbs. I do not have a strong gag reflex, though. In fact, I have spent years of my life pregnant and only threw up a hand full of times, despite being nauseated most of the time. Even on my biggest binges I have not been able to make myself throw up. (Yes, I realize what a big blessing this is.) But I know I keep stuffing my tummy well beyond that threshold that you mentioned. Have you coached anyone like me? Will I eventually be able to stop bingeing? Any time I eat more than about 1700 calories I panic, but you recommend a lot more than that. I am only 5' 5". Do you recommend the same calories for everyone despite height differences? Thank you so much for any suggestions you have.
