OJ Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 liter pulpy orange juice
2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
3 frozen bananas
1-2 tbsp organic cane sugar (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until all ingredients are well mixed.

Banana Mylkshake

Ingredients:

6-8 ripe bananas, frozen
1-2 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
1-2 tbsp organic cane sugar (optional)
1-1.5 liters of water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smoothie. Use more or less water to achieve desired thickness!

Datorade

Ingredients:

10-15 medjool dates, or 20-30 smaller variety dates (deglet noor, honey, halawi, khadrawy etc.)
1-2 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
1 liter water
10 ice cubes

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well mixed. Texture should be creamy, smooth, and frothy!

Note: If dates are dry, soak over night in small container of water (enough water to cover dates)

Orange Julius

Ingredients:

4 frozen bananas
1 liter orange juice (fresh squeezed is best!)
1-2 tbsp coconut or organic cane sugar (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2-1 seedless watermelon (preferably chilled)
1-2 tbsp organic cane sugar (optional)
juice of 1/2-1 lime (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. For best flavor, choose a watermelon that’s heavy for its size and has yellow spot with green stripes.
